The rules we follow, in writing

The things mechanics hate about lead sites, written down as rules we follow.

Leads are free while we launch

No lead fees today. If that changes you will hear well in advance, and you will never pay for a lead you already got. Leads with fake contact details will always be credited.

Small batches, not a bidding war

Each lead goes to a few mechanics at a time (currently three), closest first. First to accept wins, and the rest see it as taken instantly.

The customer is yours

Accept and you get their name, phone, email and address. It lands in your Trackara bookings. We never offer your customer to someone else unless you release the job.

Passing costs nothing

Pass on anything that isn't a fit. Your ranking uses distance, verified reviews and who was offered a lead least recently. Acceptance rate is not part of it.

Your prices, your money

You quote. The customer pays you directly through your own setup. Trackara takes no cut of the job and adds no fees to it.

Reviews from real jobs only

Only customers whose Trackara job you completed can review you. You can reply publicly. We never hide a review just because it's negative.

Getting started

  1. Create or sign in to Trackara Pro

    The same account you run your business on. Trackara Pro has a free trial.

  2. Fill in your marketplace profile

    Services, vehicle types, service area and radius, insurance and credentials.

  3. Submit for review

    A person at Trackara checks your insurance and credentials. You'll get a notification when you're approved.

  4. Get leads in your bookings inbox

    Accept or pass from your bookings inbox at shop.trackara.app. Accepted leads come with the customer's details.

What every lead includes

Vehicle

Type, year, make, model and VIN when the customer gives it.

The problem

Services picked, the customer's own description and up to five photos.

Where and when

City and ZIP, distance from your base, where it's parked and how soon.

Warranty flag

Whether a warranty, service contract or insurance claim is involved.

Yes. Your marketplace profile, lead inbox and customer records live in Trackara Pro, so you need an account. Trackara Pro has a free trial, and leads go straight into the bookings inbox you already use.

Yes. There is an Accepting requests switch on your marketplace profile. Turn it off when you are booked up or on vacation, and on again when you are ready.
